Sutter County Infant Program Provides services in Yuba and Sutter Counties to families with children 0 - 3yrs who have significant delays in their development. Staff include a special education teacher, an occupational therapist, a speech therapist and a nurse. Services may be provided in the home or in the program center 822-5158
